Balzac Craft Brewing Company

Balzac Craft Brewing Company in Airdrie offers small-batch craft beer inspired by global travels for guests seeking flavour and character. Founded in 2017, this independent brewery grew from a desire to create a new legacy beyond the status quo. Its founders drew on long careers in oil and gas that took them around the world, where they made a point of visiting local breweries and tasting distinctive beers in every destination. Those experiences shaped the recipes, approach and atmosphere at Balzac Craft Brewing Company, where each beer reflects lessons learned from memorable flavours and the people behind them. The team is passionate about sharing what they have built and hopes visitors enjoy discovering the stories poured into every glass.
