Balzac Craft Brewing Company was born in 2017 after a conversation about creating a new legacy inspired them to follow a dream instead of living for the status quo. A long history in oil and gas has blessed its founders with opportunities to travel to so many incredible places. In each location, they made a point to seek out and enjoy great craft beers from local brewers. They learned what made each beer and each brewer so unique. With so many memories made from so many flavours and locations, it was time to put these experiences to great use.
