You’re in for a good time when you pitch a tent or park your RV at Badlands Campground. You’re also supporting a good cause. The good time is assured by the campground’s location in the heart of Drumheller and the Canadian Badlands. This puts you close to all the area’s attractions, including the Royal Tyrrell Museum. The good cause is the Badlands Amphitheatre. All proceeds from the campground support this local cultural venue that boasts Canada’s largest stage and offers a program of events each summer. Of course, the Canadian Badlands are an exceptional stage in their own right, and the Badlands Campground is on the bank of the Red Deer River. It gives campers easy access to fishing, paddling, swimming and hiking trails. All Drumheller’s shops, restaurants and amenities are a short walk away.
