Apollonia Honey Wines Inc.

Apollonia founders, Dritan and Albana Qose, have lived in Calgary, Alberta, for many years now, but originally came from Albania. It all started a few years ago during a trip to a local beekeeping farm and meadery. They were fascinated to learn that Alberta is home to one of the world's largest and finest quantities of honey. What began as a beekeeping hobby quickly grew into something more serious and the first homemade bottles of Honey Wine were soon produced. Friends and family enjoyed their creations and urged them to take part in local Hobby Mead Competitions. From winning top prizes at these competitions, they realized that none of what was available tasted like what they were doing. It took years of trial and error, but by 2019 Apollonia Honey Wine and Spirits was born!
