Anzac Recreation Centre

Approximately 45 kilometres south of Fort McMurray, the Anzac Recreation Centre features an NHL-sized arena, field house, fitness centre and indoor running track, as well as an outdoor skatepark, soccer field, football field, basketball court and softball diamond. Developed and built by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, the 112,000 sq. ft. Anzac Recreation Centre is able to host an impressive number of sports and activities including archery, badminton, basketball, broomball, boxing, curling, fencing, figure skating, goalball, gymnastics, handball, judo, karate, indoor lacrosse, netball, ringette, soccer, futsal, table tennis, taekwondo, target shooting, volleyball, wrestling, and weightlifting.
