1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness

Located at the University of Lethbridge, 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness offers multiple ways to get active. The triple gymnasium hosts major sporting events as well as conferences and speaking engagements, while the multipurpose studios work perfectly for yoga, dance and fitness classes for all ages. The fitness centre offers a mix of workout equipment along with a four-lane, 200-metre indoor running track while the Ascent Climbing Centre features a 2000 sq. ft. main wall of modular climbing and a large bouldering cave in a fun, challenging atmosphere. Family change rooms are available, along with steam rooms in the locker rooms.
