Waning Moon Morning | Forest Bathing Walk

Join them for a magical morning under the waning moon as the sun rises into the sky! They’ll begin and end around a campfire, sharing coffee, tea, fruit, and baked goods (supplied by ...Is Good Coffee Bar!!!), allowing time to warm up, connect, and arrive fully. This experience is suitable for all bodies and experience levels. No prior forest bathing or meditation experience is needed. Just come dressed for the weather and open to moving at a slower pace. This is a morning-after-the-full-moon walk. A space for reflection, easing, and walking alongside the natural rhythm of letting go. Therapy receipts provided. Coverage under Registered Psychotherapist.
