Vertical Vendetta

Calling all crushers and people who want to bust a lung! Short, fast and fun; Vertical Vendetta is a wild loop race that will get your heart pounding. Hosted at Pass Powderkeg Ski Area in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, runners will make four ascents of the famous lift line route for a total of 1,000 vertical metres, but with a slightly kinder way down. The average grade is 25%, so get ready to work your quads. The race is really simple – you run up and down the hill, on the prescribed course, until you reach the 1,000m elevation gain milestone. Then, festivities will follow. The race is going to have a really grass-roots vibe; they just want to get out there and have fun."
