The Bruce Stampede

The Bruce Stampede rides into its 113th year, bringing a full weekend of excitement and tradition to the community. The action kicks off Friday evening with a lively Barrel Racing Jackpot, while food booths keep visitors fuelled all weekend long. Saturday begins with a classic pancake breakfast followed by a local rodeo where anyone can try their hand at arena events. From sheep riding and wild cow milking to greased pig races and calf scrambles, the day is packed with family-friendly thrills. As evening falls, the Professional Rodeo Slack takes center stage, paired with a buzzing beer garden and live music from Up All Night. Sunday opens with a vibrant parade and another hearty breakfast before the professional rodeo starts at 1:00 p.m., featuring top contestants from around the world. With free children’s entertainment and admission at just $20—kids 12 and under free—the Bruce Stampede promises unforgettable fun for all ages.
