Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat with Loretta's Wellness

The Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat will take place at Ralph Klein Park offering a transformative experience designed to nourish the spirit, mind, and body. Surrounded by nature, participants will engage in grounding wellness practices, storytelling, movement, and community connection, creating space for reflection, renewal, and self-care. Teachings inspired by Indigenous wisdom will guide the retreat, with highlights including The 4 Sacred Medicines with Loretta, exploring the teachings of Sweetgrass, Sage, Cedar, and Tobacco; 7 Sacred Teachings Yoga with Audrey, a gentle practice rooted in Indigenous values; and a Drum Workshop with “Sings Many Different Songs Woman,” where traditional songs and drum teachings will be shared. Together, these offerings invite participants to embrace creativity, movement, and wellness in a supportive community setting.
