SLR Wellness Expo

The SLR Wellness Expo is an empowering event featuring health and wellness experts dedicated to promoting well-being, hosted twice a year in April and October. This event is hosted at the Cochrane RancheHouse in Cochrane, Alberta is a heritage site and landmark. It's located on the historic Cochrane Ranch and in a former Western Heritage Centre building. The event offers a chance to explore and experience a variety of health, wellness, and beauty services. Guests can discover new healing methods while supporting local businesses. Designed to celebrate and uplift all ages, the expo focuses on health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul. With a diverse range of local exhibitors, attendees can explore different aspects of self-care, beauty, and overall well-being. The event will take place at The Cochrane Ranchehouse, located at 101 Ranchehouse Rd in Cochrane. Guests are welcome to join on October 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on October 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is a free event, and all ages are welcome.
