Sketch and Pause at Moraine Lake, located in Canmore in the Canadian Rockies, offers a guided creative and mindfulness experience at iconic Moraine Lake. Guests receive round-trip transportation from Canmore to Moraine Lake, a personal sketchbook and pencil case, and guidance in sketching both realistic and abstract landscapes. A guided meditation helps participants release perfectionism, while mindfulness techniques turn sketching into a calming, meditative practice. Tickets include snacks, refreshments and a take-home booklet, with an optional packed dinner add-on featuring a sandwich, dessert and fruit from Rusticana Canmore.
