Raspberry Festival

Get out to the countryside and pick your own raspberries! Saturday morning - August long weekend 9:30-1:00pm. Refreshments provided; scones with butter and homemade jam, raspberry cordial. Bring your own container - pick up to 1 litre by volume limit per household All guests go home with your bounty and their raspberry jam recipe. For the past 40 years Barbara has been tending to the raspberry patch inherited from her grandparent’s Eckville homestead. Perfecting jam recipes and preserving the berries for use throughout the year. They are happy to share the literal fruit of this labour with the friends of Hidden Springs.
