Paint and Meditate at Moraine Lake

Paint and Meditate Workshops at Moraine Lake! Join Alyssa and Dawn to provide Sunset and Sunrise Paint and Mediate workshops for an hour-long creative watercolour art-making workshop that meets meditation! Supplies are provided and take the bus with Banff Alpenglow Adventures to Moraine Lake. This workshop is open to all age groups and is open to experienced to beginner learners. It is perfect for those who are new to watercolours and creative mark making, are looking to supplement other wellness routines, or simply want to make more time for their bodies and minds.
