Nanton Pro Rodeo, located in Nanton in the Foothills region, offers two thrilling rodeo performances with a close-up view of professional action. Set along Golf Course Road just off HWY 533 East, this event showcases local Professional Rodeo Athletes competing alongside some of the sport’s biggest stars. Visitors can watch timed events and rough stock rides from the stands and feel the energy of each ride, run and roping sequence. With an additional slack event, there are even more chances to see the competition unfold. The community proudly celebrates the western way of life, giving travellers an authentic small-town rodeo atmosphere and an easy way to connect with Alberta’s ranching heritage.
