Métis Fest is a family-friendly event that welcomes everyone to experience the vibrant spirit of the Métis community. At the event, you can expect a vibrant experience featuring traditional Métis music and live bands, as well as an artisans' market showcasing Indigenous craftsmanship and tourism operators. The Cultural Village will offer a variety of traditional knowledge and food demonstrations, giving visitors a deeper insight into Métis culture. There will also be family-friendly hands-on activities, games, and face painting, ensuring fun for all ages. A talent show and the chance to learn to jig will add to the entertainment. Additionally, there will be an Elders and Seniors Tent, packed with activities and snacks to enjoy. Celebrate and learn about the rich traditions of the Métis people.
