A one-day retreat for folks who have lost something or someone. This one-day retreat invites deeply feeling individuals to explore the art of honouring sorrow in a supportive and compassionate space. Designed for those navigating grief and loss, the experience offers an opportunity to acknowledge emotions without dismissal, gently embracing them while beginning the journey toward peace. While it does not promise to remove pain, the retreat provides a safe environment to hold, witness, and embody it. The day begins with gentle movement to awaken the senses, followed by a slow, mindful forest walk. A guided sharing circle creates space for reflection—participants are welcome to share, though simply listening is equally valued. After free time for lunch, the afternoon shifts to reflective activities centred on grief and loss. The retreat concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that allows participants to rest deeply and integrate the day’s experiences.
