Free Royal Alberta Museum Architecture and Design Tour

Did you know that their architecture was inspired by Alberta’s people and places? Join them this July for a free Architecture and Design Tour, as part of Doors Open Festival. Your guide will reveal inspired features of the museum that you may have overlooked. Discover the inspiration and symbolism behind elements such as the curvy staircase, decorative steel panels, and even the shape of their building. This tour is best suited for adult visitors. Weather permitting, elements of this tour will be outside. Note that this tour does not include access to the Royal Alberta Museum galleries. Registration is required and space is limited.
