Enoch Cree Nation Competition Powwow

The Enoch Cree Nation Competition Powwow happens near Edmonton annually, inviting visitors to experience a vibrant gathering of culture, tradition, language and community. Hosted by Enoch Cree Nation and the Powwow Committee, just approx. 30 km (18.6 mi) west of Edmonton, this gathering welcomes dancers, singers, drum groups, Elders, families and visitors who travel from near and far to take part. Powwow is a time to reconnect, share stories and honour the strength and beauty of the people and their living traditions. Guests can witness powerful songs, dynamic dance styles and the spirit of community that fills the arena.
