Eco Dyeing with Lillian Rose Join Ktunaxa (Kootenay) Artist and Creative Lillian Rose to create your own naturally dyed papers to make cards and/or journals! Lillian will also discuss ethical harvesting practices and provide a talk about her fabrication and gathering processes. Lillian Rose is a member of the Akisqnuk First Nation. She has previously served as an Implementation Team member with Bringing the Salmon Home: The Columbia River Salmon Reintroduction Initiative. Lillian has extensive knowledge of Ktunaxa prehistorical, historical, and contemporary practices. In addition, Ms. Rose has basket making knowledge and experience. 10:00am - 4:00 pm $145.00 / participant
