Eco Dyeing Workshop with Kootenay Artist Lillian Rose

Eco Dyeing with Lillian Rose Join Ktunaxa (Kootenay) Artist and Creative Lillian Rose to create your own naturally dyed papers to make cards and/or journals! Lillian will also discuss ethical harvesting practices and provide a talk about her fabrication and gathering processes. Lillian Rose is a member of the Akisqnuk First Nation. She has previously served as an Implementation Team member with Bringing the Salmon Home: The Columbia River Salmon Reintroduction Initiative. Lillian has extensive knowledge of Ktunaxa prehistorical, historical, and contemporary practices.
