Drop-In Sketching: Living History

Have you ever wished you could use a museum’s collections for sketching inspiration? Now’s your chance! The Royal Alberta Museum will be showcasing rarely-seen museum objects to create a still-life setup for you to practice your drawing skills. This month, however, they are shaking things up – this is no still life! History will come alive with costumed staff from the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village who will pose with historical objects from the museum’s collection. Bring lots of paper – they'll be doing lots of different poses! Drop-In sketching is free with your Royal Alberta Museum admission.
