

Canada Day at Alberta Beach Heritage Village and Museum
Canada's turning 159 and they're throwing a party Tucked away in the heart of Alberta Beach, the Heritage Village and Museum is one of the community's best-kept treasures and this Canada Day, it's opening its gates for a day of history, music, and good old-fashioned fun. Alberta Beach Museum welcomes everyone to celebrate Canada's birthday together. The gates will open at 12:00, so come early and explore the buildings and new exhibits before the outdoor concert with the band "Passin' Through" kicks off. They'll set up on the Train Station platform. There's fun for everyone! Enjoy Canada trivia with prizes. Spend time with lawn games, and take part in a Canadian animals scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes. There’s also a colouring contest with prizes for different age categories. Treat yourself to free cupcakes, lemonade, and freezies while supplies last, or grab a hotdog, chips, and a drink for just $5.00. Before heading home, be sure to stop by the gift shop.
