Quartet KAIRI opens with Haydn’s elegant Op. 74 No. 1 in C Major, followed by the delicate, nature-inspired soundscapes of *Toshio Hosokawa’s Floral Fairy (2003). After intermission, the Poiesis Quartet performs *Sky Macklay’s wildly inventive Many Many Cadences (2015), then closes with Haydn’s joyful Op. 71 No. 2 in D Major. It’s a perfect blend of tradition and innovation—ideal for curious travelers and culture lovers in search of something truly unique. Book your seat early and begin your Banff day with music that surprises and delights.
