Art Quilt Show in Canmore

Come visit the Rocky Mountains and their beautiful Art Quilt Show in Canmore, Alberta at Elevation Place. This FREE annual event is organized by the quilters of the Mountain Cabin Quilters Guild. There are approximately 30 wall art quilts on display as well as 2 raffle quilts, hand-crafted postcards for sale and examples of their community projects. Elevation Place also has a coffee shop, climbing wall, and swimming pool. Fun for the whole family! The opening reception is February 28 at 7 pm at Elevation Place. The show runs daily from March 1 to March 23 from 11 am to 5 pm. While you’re in town you can shop at the unique quilting store as well as many other interesting shops.
