Discovery Wildlife Park

For over 30 years, Discovery Wildlife Park has provided "forever" homes for orphaned or unwanted wildlife. Animals that are not releasable have historically been euthanized - DWP gives them a second chance at life by allowing them to live out their lives comfortably. Daily animal presentations allow them to educate visitors on conservation issues and the challenges faced by wildlife every day. Visitors love the opportunity to have face-to-face encounters with resident animals! Also on site is a campground with 60 powered sites and six cabins. Washrooms, showers and even a stocked trout pond for campers' fishing pleasure! Book an evening animal encounter with big cats, bears or a walk with the wolves. Camping packages are " build your own" with a camping site, propane fire pit, admission to the Park, evening encounters, and much more! Discovery Wildlife Park is now fully open - you may pay admission at the door or purchase tickets online - your choice. The reptile and small animals rooms are now open again and all presentations are happening every day. New playground equipment in both the Park and the campground offers children a great way to play and have fun while they are visiting the animals. DWP provides an awesome family experience for all ages!
