Racquetball and Squash courts can be found to the East of the Fieldhouse and a four-lane, 175-metre track can be found on the third floor. Great for all ages and perfect for first time rafters, Canmore Raft Tours offers two family friendly river floats leaving right from downtown Canmore. The 1hr "Townie" leaves four times daily at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm from the Canmore Boat Launch, which is only a few minute walk from the shops and restaurants downtown. The 2.5hr "Explorer" offers the same easy access, but we extend the tour into the Bow Valley Wildland Park leaving at 6:00pm from the Canmore Boat Launch. All Tours offer transportation from the river back to downtown.

Slave Lake Snow & Mud Association is trying something new this summer! The first annual Slave Lake Boat Rally is a chance to explore our beautiful lake and have a little fun in the sun before summer comes to an end. Participants will register at the marina next to Norm's Walleye Camp on highway 88 on Lesser Slave River, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.. There, they will receive a map and GPS co-ordinates for four more checkpoints on the lake. They will accumulate points at each of the checkpoints and return to the marina. 50% of the registration fees will be given out as prizes. The event will proceed as weather permits.
