You’ll find more than 50 fun family friendly activities including a corn maze, u-pick strawberries, petting zoo, ice cream stand and pumpkin patch. We operate from May through the end of the fall season.

Enjoy views of the Ice Falls at the end of the lake by day, or the glow of the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on evening rides. There is no better way to spend time together than drinking in the beauty of sparkling snow and blue sky, bundled beneath a blanket together on a horse drawn sleigh! The season for sleigh rides starts mid-December and goes to early April, weather and snow cover permitting.
This annual event at Chinook Honey Company offers family fun and fundraising for the Foothills Country Hospice Society. Visit with the donkeys, enter draws, taste mead and learn all about bees and honey. Show off your skills in the honey baking contest and you could win some sweet prizes. The 2017 Cochrane Santa Claus Parade is part of Cochrane's celebrations to mark Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation. Started in 2014, the Santa Claus Parade has grown to be one of Cochrane's premier events and has that magical feeling of seeing 'The Big Man in Red on his Sleigh' as he travels through Cochrane.
