Teepee Creek Museum
Open from May to September on Sunday/Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Teepee Creek Museum is a relatively new community museum featuring pioneer homes, household items, farm and logging equipment in an agricultural area. The museum provides a local venue for cultural and historical classes and other programs, aimed primarily at adults. Art and craft programs have been offered, a portrait gallery created, and a book exchange facility provided. Striving to exist on its own green energy by producing at least 95 percent of the energy it consumes, it serves as an educational example for proponents of renewable energy.
