Our inspiration for the menu is street food! Located in the historic Simmons Building, we love the sun so we blended mediterranean influences together with Canadian flavors. We know bread and we paired our sandwiches with different kinds of bread. Our breakfast sandwiches are on brioche buns. Our cold sandwiches are on our sourdough and for the lunch feature we’ve created a pita, different than what you’re used to. Our pitas are round, soft pockets that we fill to the rim with daily changing flavors. Always a meat option. Always a vegetarian option. We love to ferment, sprout and pickle.
