Built in 1908, the Blue Mountain Lodge is a bed and breakfast inn in the heart of Banff. Each of the lodge’s 10 guest rooms have their own bathroom and shower, as well as flat-screen televisions with cable. The rooms are uniquely decorated to reflect the wilderness of the Rockies and Canadian history, and most offer stunning mountain views. Step outside and you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, and other entertainment just paces away. There are also plenty of outdoor destinations nearby, like the majestic Bow Falls and the Tunnel Mountain trailhead. If you’re new to mountain adventuring, take advantage of the ski, hiking, and scrambling trips organized by the B&B’s owners.
