Guidebook author and film historian Brian Patton presents Calgary Stampede. This 1925 silent film stars Hoot Gibson, a World Champion Cowboy and children’s matinee hero. Filmed on location at the Calgary Stampede, E. P. Ranch and Buffalo National Park near Wainwright, Alberta, the film includes footage of Guy Weadick as well as bison from the Pablo-Allard herd in Wainwright. Tickets $5.
