The Selkirk Grille Field to Fork Series offers a different dining experience each month at Heritage Park. The series kicks off in June with an East Coast Lobster Boil. East coast meets west for a traditional family-style lobster boil on the exclusive Founders' Lounge patio. The evening begins with a shucked oyster station followed by a family-style feast of lobster, various house-made salads, baby potatoes, asparagus and Heritage Park bakery brioche buns and sourdough bread. A dessert bar with a mouth-watering selection of delicacies rounds out the night. Tickets are $89.95 per person and can be pre-purchased online or by phone.
