The Bonnyville Museum is home to 13 different buildings, each displaying various pioneer artifacts, machinery, folk art, and historical items. We have three acres of beautiful land and host a variety of events throughout our summer season. We are open for tours daily from May 1st to August 31st, and in September and October for limited hours and by appointment. Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday year round. Our grounds are available for rent for private events and functions.

We will work with you if you wish to bring your own facilitator for special training or interests. We are located close to Smith, AB, about 2 hours north of Edmonton. Our retreats are held to give you the opportunity to relax in nature for the weekend. We have many self guided activities as well as campfire games available. You choose what you want to do, while we cook, clean, and take care of you for the weekend.

Land of Lemurs is home to black-and-white ruffed lemur, red fronted lemurs, and ring-tailed lemurs. Land of Lemurs is open daily at 9:00 a.m., with last entrance at 5:15 p.m. This habitat has an immersive outdoor loop that is seasonal. During evenings and winter months, the lemurs are housed in a heated building that can be viewed from exterior windows in Land of Lemurs. The outdoor exhibit re-opens on May 1, 2018 for the season.
