Waterton Canadian Rockies

This little lakefront town on the southern edge of Alberta has just what you need to explore the surrounding national park. Without even leaving the town of Waterton, relax on the beach in view of the mountains. Then take a hike before dinner and drinks. ● Fall for it: Cameron Falls is walkable from anywhere in town. Or, get epic and book a shuttle to do the day-long Carthew-Alderson hike that ends at the picturesque falls. ● Do this: The Bear’s Hump trail is short, but so sweet. It starts in town and takes you about an hour to get to the stunning view from the top.
