PRASÁTKO: A Czech-inspired pop-up (Vol. 3)

The popular PRASÁTKO: A Czech-inspired pop-up returns to Calgary's The Prairie Emporium and will be serving its biggest Czech-inspired menu yet! The menu will have a mix of Czech staples like pickled camembert, beef goulash and roasted European sausages as well as a handful of new summer menu items like paprikash chicken wings with sour cream and onion aioli, a deep-fried pork hock BBQ platter and more. People are encouraged to make a reservation for tables of 4+ either via Instagram DM (@prasatkopopup) or by emailing info@theprairieemporium.com.There will be a full-service bar open during the duration of the pop-up, serving Czech beers, wines, spirits, and standard drink options as well.
