A gaggle of weary English soldiers hunker down in the trenches of the Western Front at Christmas in 1914. And then they hear a solo voice with a Christmas carol drifting toward them. A German soldier steps into No Man's Land singing Stille Nacht. It begins an extraordinary night of camaraderie, music, and above all, peace. A remarkable true story told in the letters and songs of the men who lived it. Rosebud Theatre will celebrate Remembrance Day and the Christmas season together with the sound of a cappella male voices under a starlit sky on the Opera House stage. And when audience members exit the theatre after the show, they'll be tempted to carry those familiar Christmas melodies out into the starry night sky with them.
