The Cookbook Co. Cooks is a food specialty store, school, and culinary hub for Calgary. It all started in 1984 and has since grown to become a place for people who cook and love to eat good food. Our downtown 11th Avenue location features 3,000 sq feet of delicious retail space and another 1,500 sq feet for our cooking school space. On top of catering, it plays host to over hundreds of cooking classes, wine classes, specialty dinners and workshops each year, hosted by the best chefs, food professionals, and authors in our city and guest chefs from across Canada.

It will have 3 distinctive elements: Existing businesses who have a physical location in Cochrane Town Square will be encouraged to bring their business onto the sidewalk / parking lot. The Artisans who produce goods made or sourced in Cochrane or the surrounding area. Western heritage demonstrations/displays - an evening of entertainment designed to educate and promote ‘western heritage’, in the form of roping, blacksmiths, wheelwrights, line and square dancing activities.
