More Central Alberta Central Alberta

In Central Alberta, you can go big or you can go down-home. Alberta’s small towns are total charmers, with historic main streets, antiquing, farmers markets and local festivals. Plus, the wilderness will distract you so hard you might forget to take a photo. ● Yes, they're real: In and out of provincial parks, there’s wildlife, trails and lakes galore. You may never want to sleep indoors again. ● History: Are you more of a pioneer or a settler? Roll through the region on a day-long steam train tour or a multi-day wagon train (prepare to sleep underneath that wagon), whichever is more your speed.
