Located in Clearwater County, near Caroline, Alberta, it doesn’t get any more fresh and local than at Tamarack Jack’s Meadery. This family-run meadery makes every bottle of their delicious mead from their very own honey. The bees in their 450 hive apiary feed on the various wildflowers and plant species in the surrounding area. The bees are as wild and free as the mountain air they float upon. Tamarack Jack’s puts a modern touch on this historic libation, while maintaining many of its classic characteristics. They offer a light, refreshing, and decidedly different mead experience. Tamarack Jack’s loves to meet new people. Visit them at the meadery and sample their fine meads. You can even tour the facility and learn first hand the fascinating process that goes into their exceptional products. Take home a few growlers. And don’t forget the honey.
