Red Bison owner and head brewer Steve Carlton began his love of beer many years ago, with a homebrew kit, a good imagination and a thirst for great craft beer. Every small batch of Red Bison brew begins with the same fresh, Alberta grown ingredients. In their kitchen, they use meats sourced form Alberta raised animals and prepared right here in Calgary, from their smoked wagyu roast beef, black forest ham to the delicious cured meats on the charcuterie boards. Unwind after a long day at work, or meet up with friends before heading out for the night. Whatever the occasion, there’s always a reason to stop in at the Red Bison taproom, including an exciting rotation of beers on tap.
