The Visitor Information Centre is conveniently located two kilometres east of Slave Lake along Highway 2. Working together with local tourism operators, it provides a welcoming first stop. Pick up a schedule of activities, list of accommodation, complimentary visitor guides and maps to help plan your stay. Our gift shop showcases talented local artists' jewellery, hand sewn and quilted items, First Nations crafts, soap, willow furniture, carvings, art and photography. Situated near Lesser Slave Lake and unspoiled wilderness, you will quickly find yourself sharing stories and making new ones, with plans to come back again soon.
