Built in 1792 as two competing fur trading posts, Fort George and Buckingham House are a glimpse back to a time of fur traders, explorers and cartographers. Hike along the bank of the North Saskatchewan River, explore the archaeological site of the two trading posts and learn about how the lives of indigenous people were affected by the arrival of the fur trade.
