Coulee Brew Co. began in 2012 when local entrepreneurs Deborah Pallett and Scott Crighton combined their vision to restore the history of beer production to the city of Lethbridge. Three and a half years later the brewery opened its doors to the public. The tap house is a full service pub style restaurant where patrons can sit, eat and drink, while viewing through walls of glass to the facilities production area. Deb and Scott’s pride for all things Southern Alberta begins with their ingredients. They use world renown Alberta- 2 Row barley and wheat to produce their unique craft-brewed beers which they themselves reflect the local geography. With every aspect of the brewery, local is the key. Their fun approach to beer carries on into the tap-house and outside with the tap-house patio. Eat and drink at the post and beam picnic tables. Or play full size games of jenga, battleship or connect 5. Gather around the fire pit in an Adirondack chair and debate your favourite brew.
