Alberta is a four-season destination – known around the globe for its world-class skiing and snow-packed winter months. But when the snow finally melts in April, you’ll know that spring has finally sprung, bringing with it three seasons of long days and warm weather.
Summer officially arrives in late June and continues until the first weekend in September, when the masses head out for one last camp-out on the Labour Day weekend. As the nights get cooler, watch the leaves on the trees turn from green to brilliant hues of reds and golds - signalling the start of fall.
